Our Big Plans for 2018!

If you thought last year was great then you’re about to have the best year ever, because we have a BIG 2018 planned.

We’re rolling out some awesome new features this year. We’ll break each of them down into their own blog post soon. Here’s what to expect…

  1. Bigger Reach: Our peer-to-peer texting features will expand your reach by enabling you to have thousands of 1-on-1 conversations via text message (SMS & MMS)
  2. More intuitive: New user interface & user experience (UI/UX) on the app and in the portal will make the uCampaign experience more intuitive
  3. More training: More one-on-one training and knowledge base resources will make the app experience more successful for all involved. Keep your eye out for our awesome new live monthly training sessions.

Welcome to the team, Dana!

We’re also thrilled to introduce our new Director of Engagement, Dana Cichon! 😄 She’ll be working with clients to help optimize their user engagement and will be providing best practice on how to take advantage of all the tools and features we offer. There are SO many possibilities when it comes to connecting with people on their smartphones through uCampaign, and Dana is here to help our clients every step of the way.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any type of feedback you might have, or if you’d like to schedule a time to chat about your campaign and how we can help.

More soon to come about our new features and how they’ll work to help you win your next race.
